Currently, whenever you petition and go offline your petition is then sent to an offline queue. Once you log in again, you will be prompted with a question asking if you are still having the same issue. If you answer no, your petition will then be deleted from the queue. If you answer yes, the petition will be brought out of the offline queue and placed back in the active queue for a GM to respond to you.
